Honey Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 C Dutch Gold Wildflower Honey
  • 1 tsp melted butter, cooled
  • 1 C coarsely chopped pecans


  1. Beat eggs until foamy. Continue beating while adding honey in a fine stream. Beat in vanilla, butter and salt. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400°F in oven for first 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F; bake 10 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
