Baked Ham with Honey-Orange Sauce
- 1 6-10 lb precooked boneless ham Place in oven at 350°F. Cooking time is 10-15 minutes per lb.
While ham is baking, put into pan:
- 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
- 1/2 C Dutch Gold Orange Blossom Honey
- 1 3/4 C water
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
Cook over medium heat. Broil 1 minute. Brush over ham 2 or 4 times the last 30 minutes of baking time. Serve balance of sauce with ham.
