Baked Acorn Squash
Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash
- 2 Tbsp Dutch Gold Wildflower Honey
- 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Instructions

Cut squash in half and take out seeds. Arrange squash with cut side down in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Turn cut side up, add honey mixture to inside and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
