Baked Acorn Squash

Course Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash
  • 2 Tbsp Dutch Gold Wildflower Honey
  • 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut squash in half and take out seeds. Arrange squash with cut side down in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Turn cut side up, add honey mixture to inside and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
