Honey Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 2 C Dutch Gold Wildflower Honey
- 1 tsp melted butter, cooled
- 1 C coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions

Beat eggs until foamy. Continue beating while adding honey in a fine stream. Beat in vanilla, butter and salt. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400°F in oven for first 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F; bake 10 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
