Baked Ham with Honey-Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 6-10 lb precooked boneless ham Place in oven at 350°F. Cooking time is 10-15 minutes per lb.

While ham is baking, put into pan:

  • 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
  • 1/2 C Dutch Gold Orange Blossom Honey
  • 1 3/4 C water
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Cook over medium heat. Broil 1 minute. Brush over ham 2 or 4 times the last 30 minutes of baking time. Serve balance of sauce with ham.
